Photobucket
Have you ever seen a ginger sheep??

The only picture of us all day. As you can see she is way more into the animals then taking a picture with her Mommy.
Photobucket
Checking out the animals.

Waving good bye to the animals.

A Blaine Borderite sheep. Yep, it's black & orange.

The rams ready to get a hair cut.
Photobucket
She is amazed how rams get a hair cut.
Photobucket
Reagan's new friend the Mr. Goat.
Photobucket
She is trying to get the goat to come back over. Look at her arm waving.
Photobucket
Not a great picture, but doesn't this look just like Wilbur?
Photobucket
Mom's favorite cow.
Photobucket
Reagan's favorite baby cow.

She even got to give the baby cow a nice scratch. She is so thrilled it came up to her.

I have been really bad about the blog, but we’re in the middle of moving, which is part of my reason for falling behind. Everyone will have to give me a little slack for the next few months till things start to settle down. I wanted to post some pictures from Reagan and my outing today. I took her to the Great Yorkshire Show and we had a blast. I’m sad to say that after 4 summers in England that I have never been, until today. The best way that I can describe what it is to all my fellow American readers is that it’s just like a fair for us in the states, except everyone from all over the UK comes to this show. I don’t think I have ever been to a fair that people from all over the US bring animals and things to sell. It was so much fun, and Reagan loved it. I was not so much in love with the fact that the admission fee was £ 22 pounds which is about $36. I know it was like a day at Disneyland price. Oh, well the look on my daughter’s face was well worth it.

I never realized how many different kinds of cows, sheep & pigs there are. Reagan loved the sheep the most. I was in shock how friendly they were and how different they all looked. I saw the normal sheep, but some looked like dogs and other has bright orange fur. It was amazing all the different kinds, and they were MUCH cuter then the sheep that live by my house. Reagan was obsessed with the fact that she could actually pet the animals. I was a little scared that she might get a finger chomped off. We also watch the rams get shirred and I think we both were a little scared with how high they could jump. I was a little afraid that one of the rams was going to jump right over the fence. They were not happy about getting a hair cut. We spend a large amount of time looking at all the cows because they are Reagan’s favorite animal right now. We had a little lunch after 3 hours of looking at animals, and then walked around for another hour before heading home. It was a great afternoon out.
