Reagan is 4 Months Old~

Dear My Precious Child,

I can't believe that your 4 months old today. These have been the best 4 months of my life. I never knew how much that I would love being a mommy until you came into our lives. I could never imagine what life would be like without you because you have touched a spot so deep in my heart, which even I didn't know it existed. You’re such a little bundle of smiles, and I love that when I tickle your little belly that you squeal with excitement. This brightens my day in more ways then you know. I love watching you change, and cheering you on. I know that any day you'll be rolling from you back to tummy. I watch you get closer every day. You get all the way up on your side, and I think you have seen everything you wanted, and roll back to your back. You love to be held like a big girl now, so you can see the big World around you. I find it so entertaining that we get to have little mommy daughter chats, even if I don't know what you’re saying. I hope that throughout your life that you will come to me, and we can always talk because I'm your Mommy and will love you know matter what. I pray every night that you will grow strong and healthy. I want nothing but the best for you little girl. I get sad how fast you’re growing up, but cherish ever new day we have together. Your one very special girl and you already have your Daddy wrapped around your finger. Happy 4 months my wonderful child.

Dear My Precious Child,

So, this is a classic book, and I'm sure so many of you know it. It brings tears to my eyes. I now understand the love that this mother has for her child. There is a special love that you have for your child that can't be described. You can only understand the love when you become a parent yourself.

  1. Oh,yes indeed! I had that book when Danny was a baby and just passed it on to Chelsea! Guaranteed to bring tears every time because I kept imagining Danny growing up just like that little guy and he did! The toilet paper, the teen 'zoo' years. All of it. Now he will play the part of the young father with his baby daughter! And he WILL always be my baby!
