Week 19~

I can’t believe that week 19 is coming to a close. I was surprised at how fast the week went. I think that it’s because it was a pretty busy week. We had our ultrasound on Monday and that was extremely exciting. It still feels a little surreal that we are having a girl. I keep thinking that someone is playing a joke on me and she will actually come out as a he. I think that my bump is getting a bit larger, but it’s a slow process. I feel giant, but I’m sure most people don’t think so yet. This week I also worked and it felt great to get out of the house and make a little money. I’m getting very excited for my VERY GIRLY baby shower. Jake and I finished our baby registry at Babies R’ Us and I felt a bit overwhelmed. I'm not very good at registering, but it was nice to have Jake’s help and I even think he enjoyed it. He did all the Dad research on safety and what not. Jake also started working on a family tree. He wants to do both sides of our family so that our daughter will know all about her family. I haven’t been sleeping that great this week and can’t figure out why. I’m guessing that it has something to do with either hormones or maybe the little girl doing her gymnastics. The food that I like eating this week is homemade fresh smoothies. I also got some new maternity shirts and a pair of jeans this week. I’m pretty excited about it. You can the new pants and a one of the shirts below!
