Week 34~

Week 34~

Time is moving along. As I sit here and type out this update I can’t believe that tomorrow the 16th of May, which will mark 1 month till our little girl is due. This past week was not super eventful. I had a doctor’s appointment on Monday with my OB. He did he normal check on me and the baby. She is over 5 pounds now and still in the 80% for weight and 98% of height. He checks me very fast with an ultrasound every few weeks to check my fluid level and to make sure my placenta is still doing a great job. This is due to the fact that I don’t have a cork any longer (that is a nice way to put it). This was also the first doctors’ appointment that I didn’t have blood or protein in my urine. It was a crazy and I think that Dr. Campbell was shocked also. Then on Wednesday it was the official mark of week 35 in my pregnancy. I went back to the doctor for my sickness on Thursday and it turns out that I have bronchitis. It’s now Saturday and I’m still sick, but feeling a bit better than I have. I‘m just hoping I will get 100% better in the next few days. I also ordered all the last minute must haves before the baby comes such as nursing bra, wipes and all the good stuff. I guess I can’t put it off much longer.

Jake got his video camera this week also and has been messing around with it, just like every good soon to be Dad. He is pretty excited about it and I'm sure that he will make some great videos. I can't believe how small the camera is. I guess they don't make them like they did when we were kids.

I’m looking forward to the coming week not only because we will be 36 weeks along, but because we are meeting with one of the doctors at the military hospital. This is our last trip down there till we go down to stay and have the baby. It will be nice to get some of our last minute questions answered. I guess I better start thinking about packing our hospital bag soon.
